6-Hour versus 3-Hour Classes?
6-Hour versus 3-Hour Classes?

This 6-hour approved Notary Home Study course always satisfies the education requirement, regardless if you are a new applicant or applying for reappointment.

What's the difference between the 6-Hour and the 3-Hour class?
If you have previously completed an approved 6-hour notary public education course and have a current active commission you are eligible to take an approved 3-hour refresher course.

If for any reason your commission expires while waiting for your exam results or you do not file your oath on time you will be REQUIRED TO take the 6 hr class & exam.

If you are renewing & take the 6 hr class, then your commission expires while waiting for your exam results & you do not pass,  NO PROBLEM> You simply only have to retest the following month until you do pass.

I have many testimonials from renewing students that are SO THANKFUL they spent a full 6 hours refreshing these laws. They always learn things they either never knew or simply had forgotten. With so MUCh liability you do not want to forget the rules of a California Notary Commission.

Is it worth the extra 3 hours to elimate these possible problems?
We think so!  We highly recommend that renewing notaries take the 6-hour class which always satisfies the education requirement, regardless if you are a new applicant or applying for reappointment. Over the years it has been proven that renewing notaries have a more difficult time taking the state exam due to the fact of acting as a Notary & thinking we are doing everything right. However often you are doing more than required which infact is the wrong answer on exam.
