Many Notarial acts involve you giving an “Oath or Affirmation” when your Signer "Swears or Affirms" to the truth of statements in their document or acts as Credible Identifying Witnesses to verify your Signer's identity by giving an Oath/Affirmation.   We recommend that you have these individuals “initial” in your journal to provide evidence of their Oath/Affirmation and proof that you fulfilled that important duty. It is a great tool to make it easy to remember to record their initial in your journal and comes complete with a card with sample oaths & affirmations.
